Social Care 4U LTD offers a competitive and specialist service to local government social services, health departments, community groups and private organisations, with quality experienced and specialist workers. Maximising customer services is a priority, which we boast as one of our main qualities.

We provide our clients with a service that matches the appropriate worker for their need, ensuring that we are working towards building long term commitments by way of offering stabilised charge rates in line with individual's budgets. We also offer our workers a personalised package that delivers in house training, competitive salaries, bonuses, holiday pay and ongoing support.

At Social Care 4U we ensure that adequate checks are completed on every candidate these include Criminal Records Bureau check, DOH and DFES, rehabilitation of ex-offenders act (ROA) 1974 exceptions order 1975, references covering the previous five years, one of which must be from the current or last employer are always undertaken. Candidates are then required to sign a health declaration questionnaire stating that they are in good health, Identification checks including qualifications are also obtained all these checks are done to identify suitability for working with children and vulnerable adults. CRIMINAL RECORDS BUREAU

Social Care 4u is also an umbrella body for the Criminal records bureau. We carry out enhanced CRB disclosures for organisations requiring this service. See attached policy available to download. Criminal Records Bureau

General Social Care Council (GSCC)

Social Care 4u is a member of the GSCC, We endorse our employees applications and assist with completing the documents in readiness for legal registration. General Social Care Council Website
