At Social Care 4U we ensure that adequate checks are completed on every candidate these includes a Criminal Records Bureau check, DoH and DfES, References covering the previous five years, one of which must be from the current or last employer are always undertaken. Candidates are then required to sign a health declaration questionnaire stating that they are in good health Identification checks including qualification and GSCC registration authentication are also obtained all these checks are done to identify suitability for working with children and vulnerable adults.

Once workers have been through the necessary checks, they are then invited to our offices for face to face interviews where all original documents are again vetted before the full consultation and knowledge based tests are completed. This is to ensure that you the clients get a quality worker that matches your individual need.

Temporary staff are all issued with ID badges which they take with them to all placements and are fully briefed on our client's requirements before being sent on the booking.
